Read these rules and keep them for reference.

Completed applications must meet the electronic mail date deadline of May 15th in order to avoid late fees. The appropriate fees must be paid by credit card, cashiers checks or money orders.

No walk-up registrations will be permitted for the 2010 Games in Brownsville/SPI (exception, the 3-point shooting contest for the first 50 applicants).

Every competitor, individual and team, must check-in (in person, see below) before his/her first event at (The Holiday Inn, 3777 N. Expressway, Brownsville).

Each competitor must provide proper representative agency identification. Any agency identification without a photograph must be supported with a driver license.

Team Captains CANNOT check in their team members. Every team member must show a PHOTO IDENTIFICATION from his/her agency. Any agency identification without a photograph must be supported with a driver license.

A color coded wrist-band will be issued to all competitors and it must be worn until the competitor's last event is completed.  Medals will not be issued to competitors not wearing their own wrist-band.
