The 2018 Texas Police Games will be held in Ft. Worth, Texas from June 9th – June 16th, 2018.
We are still looking at venues and locations to hold each of the events and feel that there will be a strong turnout.
The Host Hotel will be the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 912 Northton St, Ft. Worth 76104, near the TCU campus and downtown. The hotel is located on the south side of I-30 at Forest Park Blvd.
Registration check-in will be at the Fort Worth Police Academy, 505 West Felix, 76115. I will have a satellite check-in at the Hilton Garden Inn (Host Hotel) just in case we have some early birds and/or late flyers.
There has been changes made to the “TEAM” registrations form and team fees. We have also added a “Team Player Registration form” that each individual MUST go on-line and complete. This form had to be added due to liability issues.
The Flag Football, Soccer and Softball Teams will still have a set “Team” fee. The Coach or Manager will need to register and pay for each team and submit the information especially the “Team Name” in order for the team players to register.
Whereas, Basketball and Volleyball the Coach or Manager will need to register each team and submit the information including a “Team Name” and pay a $25.00 fee for each team event entered in order for the Team Player to register and pay a $25.00 team player fee.
All Coaches, Managers and Team Players MUST still come through Check-in at the Host Hotel prior to going to the event. If anyone competes in any event without checking in and receiving their wristbands the Individual and/or Team will forfeit.

Basketball Men’s 35+ will have a 3 vs 3 team.
Basketball Women’s will have a 3 vs 3 team.
Flag Football Men’s 35+ 4 vs 4 team.
Motorcycle Rodeo (for Law Enforcement Only) will be held again and will start on Sunday, June 10th, 2018 at 8:00 am;
Crossfit has been moved to Sunday, June 10th, 2018 to start at 3:00 pm.

There were a few complaints about the 2017 Games held in Dallas, Texas. There was a lower number of participants then expected. Sorry about the last minute changes in some of the venue locations, but TPAF did not have control over the locations due to the cancellations.
The Host Hotel and all other accommodations in the area were reasonably priced and outstanding.

For those of you that don’t or can’t take the time to read and complete the on-line registration form and continue to select your primary event again as an alternate event instead of selecting NONE, you will NOT receive a refund for over payment, we will just say, “Thanks for the donation!”.
Spread the word and bring your friends and family, we are going to have FUN and a large turn-out.
As I promised you, there will be changes coming up for future games, make sure you pay attention to the registration forms (READ IT). We are also open to suggestions for new events, and improvements.
